The JASMINER X4 series products feature chips that integrate memory and calculation technology, significantly enhancing mining efficiency. With a standard 1U shape design, these products save space while their low noise design expands usability to various environments. The JASMINER X4 1U server supports ETHASH and ETCHASH algorithms and is capable of mining ETC until 2026-2029.

Shipping

All packages are shipped via Express DHL shipping service. We provide delivery throughout Europe. For parcels outside Europe (China, USA, Canada, Latin America, etc.), we also utilize DHL shipping service, although the delivery time may exceed 5 days.

Packaging:

All packages are meticulously packed to withstand a fall from a height of 1 meter without sustaining damage. Additionally, all packages are insured beyond their value, ensuring peace of mind regarding the contents during transit.

Warranty

Warranty:

Warranty: 24 months.

We offer a 24-month product warranty (2 years) for all end-user customers, as per European Law.

The warranty covers defects that occur during proper usage of the products. All items will be repaired or replaced within a 30-day period.

Warranty: 12 months for business users and companies.

Warranty and Repair Request Ticket:

To claim warranty, please adhere to the following policies:

  • The product must be used in accordance with its intended purpose and as per the instructions for use.
  • The product must not have been damaged due to improper use, handling, or storage.
  • The product must not have been modified or repaired by unauthorized personnel.
  • Normal wear and tear or consumable items (such as batteries, light bulbs, etc.) are not covered by the warranty.
  • Customers must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or invoice, to make a claim under the warranty. If the receipt is lost, please contact us, and we will assist in locating it.

Returns:

All items are eligible for returns within 14 days, as per the Civil Code. However, certain exceptions are stated in the Civil Code, such as food, certain drugs, hygienic equipment, hygienic protection supplies, crypto miners, gold, and software licenses.

Returns are also accepted if items are not functioning as described or if they lack promised functionalities.

After Warranty Service:

We provide after-warranty service and are an authorized service repair center for ASIC miners in Europe.

Firmware upgrades for ASIC miners are offered for 5 years after the initial item release.

Recycling services are available for products no longer covered under warranty, enabling customers to dispose of their old products in an environmentally friendly manner.

Repairs:

We offer both paid and free repairs for all JASMINER miners. To request repairs and warranty service, please create your repair ticket here.

Order Policies

Ⅰ. Express information

We offer delivery services to most countries from internationally renowned logistics companies such as DHL, UPS, etc. to meet the needs of our customers.

We are unable to ship to the following countries or regions: Rusia, BieloRusia, Mainland China, Afghanistan, Burundi, Iraq, Libya, Mali, Niger, Somalia, Syria, South Sudan, Yemen, Sudan, Central African Republic, Eritrea, Iran, and North Korea.

For special countries or regions like Russia, after the goods reach customs, we offer the following logistics options for the remaining journey:

1. Customers can handle customs clearance procedures themselves and collect the goods at customs.

2. After customs clearance, we will designate a local freight service to deliver the goods to the customer. The shipping cost for this leg will be borne by us, but the customer will be responsible for any loss of goods.

3. Customers can arrange their own freight forwarder or logistics company to assist with customs clearance and transportation for the remaining journey. Customers will be responsible for the shipping cost for this leg and any loss of goods.

For customers in special countries and regions, our team will communicate with you further before shipment to clarify your preferred logistics option. We will make every effort to provide the necessary support and assistance to ensure the safe delivery of the goods to your hands.



Ⅱ. Taxes and Custom Duties

Our products are exclusive of any VAT and duties. You are solely responsible for payment of any unpaid taxes and duties in accordance with the laws and customs of your country.
If any mining rigs are returned to our warehouse due to tax issues, customers need to pay additional shipping costs.




Ⅲ. Notice

When you order, please make sure that all the shipping information you fill in the form is correct, including detailed address, phone number, zip code, email, shipping agent, etc. We will send the information you fill in directly to the shipping agent.
We are not responsible for the form of shipping.

Payments

I.

We accept purchases from most countries or regions, but the following countries or regions are not available for purchase due to logistics restrictions or local policies: Russia, Belarus, Mainland China, Afghanistan, Burundi, Iraq, Libya, Mali, Niger, Somalia, Syria, South Sudan, Yemen, Sudan, Central African Republic, Eritrea, Iran, and North Korea.

We support offline EUR and USD transfers or online payments using digital currencies. As of October 2023, we accept credit and debit card payments for certain countries. For European customers, the custom duty fee is already included in the price. VAT will be charged selectively upon reception of the package based on the destination country. Customers with a valid VAT ID or customers outside the European Union will not be subjected to additional VAT charges by us.

III.

Regarding products available for pre-sale on April 15th, confirmed orders during the pre-sale period need to be shipped within 8 weeks after the official opening of the sale. Confirmed orders placed after the official opening of the sale will be shipped 8 weeks after the order is placed.

We utilize third-party carriers such as DHL, UPS, etc., to handle packages.

V.

Typically, we opt for customs land transport for delivery services, with the required time varying depending on the destination. Should customers require a faster delivery timeframe, air freight can be arranged upon request. After placing your order, feel free to contact your chosen shipping company for any assistance needed. We will provide you with the necessary information upon request.

VI.

The warranty period is 6 months for the Miner and 12 months for the PSU. For European customers, there is a warranty of 24 months for end customers. All European customers are subject to paying VAT according to their country, which will be charged individually upon reception of their package.

All pre-sale orders are non-refundable. Please ensure that you are committed to your order and fully understand what you are purchasing before completing your transaction.

➖What is the stock model of the miner?

The stock model refers to miners currently held in our warehouse and ready to be shipped. These miners will be dispatched within 24 hours after payment clearance. Clients also have the option to pick up the miner in person.

➖What is the delivery or production model?

Miners and products marked for delivery or production will be shipped or produced according to a predefined schedule. The website specifies the delivery or production batch timeframes. Following this schedule, products or miners will be delivered to clients.

Hosting FAQ

When will be my miner installed? Do I pay some extra for electricity?

Your ASIC will be installed in few hours. You will pay for the electricity additionally

How much does the hosting itself cost?

The hosting if for FREE. All the fees are included in the electricity price.

Do you provide some insurance for ASIC miner service life?

Yes, we provide 3 YEARS insurance.

Can be mine Hosting ASIC Miner deliverd to my home?

Yes, we can send your miner to you with 3 month notice period

Shared ASIC Miners

How does the Shared ASIC Miner works?

If you will buy for example 1/10 of an ASIC, you will own 1/10 of it's hashrate, 1/10 of it's revenue a you'll pay 1/10 of Energy & Fees for that ASIC. 
The rest 9/10 will be own by someone else.

Can I reach one whole ASIC in some time?

Yes, you can. For example if you buy 1/10 of an ASIC, than 1/10 and than 8/10, you will own 10/10 of an ASIC, that means you own one whole ASIC and you even have an option to take that ASIC from hosting and have it deliverd to you. 

If i purchase 1/10 of an ASIC Miner, can I sell it to someone if I want to?

Yes, you can. We are also preparing a function on our site specially for this.

Wallet FAQ

How to change my wallet address? 

You can set your wallet address only when you are creating your account. If you want to change your wallet address after it was already set, you have to contact our support and they will change it for you after a few simple steps. This procedure is simply because of a safety reasons, so nobody else can change your address except you. 

When should I pay my Energy & Fees?

Energy works like subscription. For example you will prepay energy for a month. Every miner has individually their own daily usage of energy and cost fort that will be subtracted everyday from  your prepaid energy balance. You just have to check that your energy balance is not $0, if you will not have any Energy & Fees balance left, your miner will be automatically turned off.

Is 0,13 EUR the final price for the electricity and fees?

Yes, the price is final. All the fees are included in the electricity price.
